Penicillium in My Mozarella



I finally met my fellow fungi.

Identified as : Genus Penicillium.
Location: Mozarella in Fridge (about 4-6 centigrade).

Pretty eh? The colour is beautiful: green and blue.

my mozzarella also got some mold.. so i keep them in the freezer! unfortunately, they're losing their 'stringy' nature.. and they become so crumbly.. i don't care as long as they're still edible though.. ;p
